About the Author
J.N. Tanis began his professional career as a water treatment engineer in 1966 and during his 34 years in the industry has worked directly in industrial water systems in all 48 Continental United States, Alaska, all provinces of Canada, plus 19 other countries, including those in Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Central and South America. Since 1987 Mr. Tanis has been an executive with General Chemical Corporation in Parsippany, New Jersey.
